PROCEDURE

1 - On the product page of the software you wish to download, click the button "Download Now". You then reach the "Shopping basket" page.

2 - Check the box confirming that the download products are not refundable, then click "Go to cashier"


3 - For identification purposes, you are asked for your E-mail address and password. You will access the page containing your personal information. Check all invoicing and shipping info as well as the payment method.
IMPORTANT NOTE :
Bank wires are NOT accepted for download products.
If you need to change any information, click "Edit & Correct", otherwise click "Continue".

4 - You then reach the online payment page. Select the payment method by clicking on the appropriate logo. We accept Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, American Express, Paypal (only valid if you own a Paypal account).

5 - Your order details are then displayed. Click "Validate"

6 - You reach the "Wilcopub Online Payment" page. Fill in the required fields and press "Yes, I confirm my order"

7 - Your oder will be immediately processed. Within few hours, a confirmation e-mail will reach you. It will include a download link allowing you to download the purchased software. According to the software type, you will either get an activation code (key code) or not. In the case the software does not require an activation code, the field "CODE:" will remain empty.

8 - Click on the download link and follow the installation instructions.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- It is highly recommended to make a personal safety backup copy of your software once downloaded. This is legal and highly recommended.

-Bank wires are not accepted for download products.
